Born in the Maçka district of Trabzon. Graduate of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and a radiology specialist.


He participated in basic photography and advanced-level photography courses about 20 years ago at BUFSAD. Currently a student of the Open Education Department of Photography and Camera.


Carries out work related to photography shows, discussions, workshops, and exhibitions. Writes articles on photography for local magazines.


Carries out photography projects for the symbols of Bursa such as silkworm, chestnut, olive, black fig, glazed tile, etc. due to the responsibility he feels towards the city as well as urban awareness. Started transforming exhibitions and projects into photography books. The project entitled, “Life Story of the Silkworm” was published in February 2017.


The “Life Story of the Silkworm” is based on the exhibition with the same title during the Silk Road Congress which 47 countries participated in. This had a significant influence on his photography as did the exhibition during the Historical – Thermal Cities Congress which 36 European Union Cities participated in.


They depicted the book of short stories entitled “If On a Winter Night’s a Traveller” by Italo Calvino and “Kibrit Çöpleri (Matchsticks)” by Murathan Mungan as a photography group of 8 people in Bursa after which they also had an exhibition.


As a philosophy of life, he has adopted using a language of expression with photography, seeing the world with the perspective of a photographer, expressing himself through writings mostly centered on photography, and using the concept of medicine-photography for the benefit of humankind.
